When you send a booking request: last name, first name, email, phone, holiday address, home address, dates and times, equipment and options chosen, any message. When the equipment is handed over: copy or number of an identity document and signature of the agreement.
This data is used solely to process your request, draw up and perform the rental agreement, contact you and prevent theft. Processing is based on the performance of the contract (or of pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and on our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations.
Your data is intended for Malo'Way only. It is neither sold nor transferred. Our technical service providers access it strictly within the limits of their task: o2switch (website hosting, France) and Google (email). It may be disclosed to the authorities in the event of theft or dispute.
Requests not followed by a rental are deleted at the latest 1 year after being sent. Data relating to a rental is kept for 3 years after the last interaction, and invoices for 10 years (accounting obligation).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data by writing to maloway35400@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The website only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising or audience measurement cookies are used.
